What we collect
If you join the future briefing list, we collect the email address you submit, the project list, the submission time, and your explicit consent. We do not retain your IP address as a subscriber attribute or ask for sensitive personal information.
Cookies
A necessary consent preference stores whether you allowed optional analytics. Optional, privacy-respecting analytics load only after you choose “Allow analytics.” You can clear your browser storage and cookies to reset that choice.
Subscriber addresses are stored in our access-restricted Listmonk system. During the current collection-only phase, no confirmation or campaign email is sent through Stalwart. You may request access, correction, or deletion before any mailing begins. If briefings are enabled later, every message will include an unsubscribe mechanism. We do not sell subscriber data.
Analytics boundary
When optional analytics are allowed, Matomo can record that the briefing form was submitted, accepted or returned an error. The submitted email address is not sent to Matomo and is not used as a Matomo user identifier.
Public records
The evidence index contains information drawn from public documents. Requests to correct a material error can be sent to [email protected].
