Definitions follow the controlling state table. Display pages may expand locality abbreviations for navigation, but the downloadable CSV preserves the agency label.

The Public Evidence Project provides the normalized arrangement, documentation and change history. Virginia DEQ remains the controlling source for permit status and document content.
A row records an issued air-permit listing. It does not establish construction, current operation, actual emissions, compliance, exposure or harm.
