Daily source monitor
Virginia permit
change tracker
A reproducible watch on additions, removals and source-field changes in Virginia DEQ’s issued data-center air-permit list.
HOW THE TRACKER WORKS
A dated source,
checked every day
The tracker records the official DEQ table as a versioned snapshot. A new history entry appears only when a permit row is added, removed or changed.
The current baseline is dated 2026-07-13. The importer normalizes one malformed date separator and flags a duplicated agency document URL; it does not silently treat a mismatched PDF as evidence for another permit.
LATEST ISSUED RECORDS
Newest permits
in the source
Sorted by permit issuance date. Direct-source rows open the underlying DEQ document; enriched records open an evidence note first.

Tier 4-equivalent controls
What Virginia’s July 1 application threshold changes—and why an issuance date cannot establish which rule applies.
