A reproducible watch on additions, removals and source-field changes in Virginia DEQ’s issued data-center air-permit list.
HOW THE TRACKER WORKS
The tracker records the official DEQ table as a versioned snapshot. A new history entry appears only when a permit row is added, removed or changed.
The current baseline is dated 2026-08-31. The importer normalizes one malformed date separator and flags a duplicated agency document URL; it does not silently treat a mismatched PDF as evidence for another permit.
LATEST ISSUED RECORDS
Sorted by permit issuance date. Direct-source rows open the underlying DEQ document; enriched records open an evidence note first.
