CRITICAL LIMIT

Sensors are not
regulatory monitors.

DEQ states that the APEX/Kunak instruments can show concentration levels and trends but are not Federal Reference or Equivalent Method instruments and cannot determine NAAQS attainment.

The report also documents voided periods, an airflow failure, instrument-quality issues and event effects from fireworks and wildfire smoke. Those qualifications travel with this transcription.
